Play Sundial Drift
The game opens on its own full-screen page and runs entirely in your browser โ nothing is uploaded, nothing is installed, and your browser's back button returns you here.
How it plays
The plaza is a sundial. Shadow rings turn with the hour, each with one lit gate. Stay on the marked ring and drift through that gap; scrape the solid shade or the gnomon and the sail takes heat.
Eight hours make a complete run. Later gates spin faster and close tighter. Burst the sail when a gap is about to pass you, then settle back onto the ring.
A run is two to five minutes. Your best score stays in this browser, on this machine. There is no account, leaderboard, or sign-up.

Details
The gate is the only shade that helps
Each ring is a moving wall with one opening. The current hour lights that opening in brass so you can read it at a glance.
A short trial, not a grind
Eight gates finish the plaza. Heat and the sunset clock are the only pressure; there is no extra mode after the idea lands.
